Background

This Sprint was probably the most important so far, because it set forth a non-turning point in many aspects such as documentations, scripts, technologies, graphics and last but not least a revamped official website.

The sprint has shown a very high velocity of 7d/week (compared to previous average of 1d/week) due to the big effort put in place by volunteers and the continuos focus on bug fixing and documentation.

Another difference with previouses sprints is that we almost completed only planned issues (105 hours) and only a few have been added meanwhile, which means that we are increasing the capacity of planning and focus on the goal.

Nevertheless, all these reports only rely on the issues’ field “Original Time Estimate” and, although in some cases it has been uptated to reflect the real time spent, we miss a real tracking habit which could help us to confirm (or not) estimations.

At the same time we spent too little time in Call To Action meetings, that have been very important to increase engagement in this community in the past, so we should start again doing them quite regularly.
