NPE when trying to generate a tooltip when trying to load a jpg into the DICOM viewer

Description

Create an empty directory and set that location in the dicom.properties file parameter dicom.storage.filesystem

Set the dicom.manager to org.isf.dicom.manager.FileSystemDicomManager in the dicom.properties file too.

Copy a jpg image from the Core repo into the directory created above; for example the image at: openhospital-core/src/test/resources/org/isf/patient/test/patient.jpg

Admission/Patient → enter in the search key: Huntis → select “Maximilian Huntis” →Clinical Sheet button → DICOM button → Load DICOM button → navigate/.select the jpg image copied above → Open DICOM button → In the Load Image dialog click OK
