Wrong Drugs calculation in Pharmaceutical Stock Ward

Description

In Pharmacy → Pharmaceutical Stock Ward → Drugs [tab]

the quantity is not taking in account the movement between wards, while others (patient and internal use) yes.

Ex. with demo data (Paracetamol 500MG starting with 1000 units)

3 movements of 50 units

The quantities in Jasper report are ok, while in Excel still wrong

Yes, it’s what I was mentioning in and we decide to move it under

It has taken me three days but I think I finally have the “fix”. I need to do a little more testing.

BTW, the second image in the original descriptions shows another issue: the Rectify button (the right most column) is wrong after an update. I’ll take a look at that too.

yes the steps above are meant to show also that, in contrary, other outgoing movements types are working fine

It appears from testing that there is a easier way to cause the issue; just use a single outcome (“New”) to another ward like the Maternity ward. The Drug table for the MALE WARD doesn’t seem to be update but the database is.

  1. Use demo data: in MALE WARD, Paracetamol 500MG starting with 1000 units

  2. Create 3 outcomes movement (“New”) of 50 units each (1 patient, 1 to another ward, 1 as internal use) = total is 150 units out

  3. Drugs tab shows 900 units of Paracetamol 500MG, expected is 850
