BillManager not showing bills other than today date

Description

On develop, the Bill Manager is not showing past bills, bills in today yes.

How to reproduce:

  • start with demo data

  • Menu \ Accounting \ Bill Manager \ select from 2020

  • Not showing data

Easy fix; the variable assigned is the wrong variable in the code. Most likely a cut-n-paste error.
