Small fixes in documentation

Description

To fix some typos in the doc

  • Page 18. Reference is made to (9) in the figure but it is not marked --> it should still refer to 7 ?

  • The New Laboratory Exam screenshot is different from the program screen on pages 44-45

  • The Edit Laboratory Exam screenshot is different from the program screen on page 46

  • New Patient, photo side screen different from the program page 84

  • The Edit Laboratory Exam screenshot is different from the program screen on page 46 This screen shot looks correct when LABEXTENDED is set to NO

  • New Patient, photo side screen different from the program page 84; the processing has changed and the document now shows the current behavior (at least for me on Linux).
