Upgrading jwt in API project to 4.x.x per dependabot

Someone who understands the use of jwt in the API project needs to review the Migration Guide before moving to version 4.X.X.

Tested for long time no without any issue, going to merge it

I did some tests and everything works fine with the new version.

Nevertheless I’m not able to do a deep analysis now, should we postpone this bump after the release?
