[scripts] Make PORTABLE mode to start BOTH gui and api server

Description

When launching the application from EXPERIMENTAL release (oh-api.bat/oh-api.ps1/oh-api.sh) and SERVER mode is activated, it starts the application only with the “server” part: MySQL + API

Aim of this issue is to find a way to start also GUI, so a user can use Open Hospital and also have the API serving the Dashboard.

Let’s close this to wrap up 1.12.1 release.

Will rework and integrate suggestions and try to consolidate (and better clarify the EXPERIMENTAL stuff) for 1.12.2 !

With the latest commit everything works fine and also all java.exe processes end with the console closing (no need to kill 🥳).

Anyway I would prepare the EXPERIMENTAL package like it was “definitive”, that is:

  1. avoid scripts called oh-api.* and just stay with oh.*

  2. to handle API toggle (option A) like MODE and DEMODATA (into external settings)

  3. allow API to to start with any MODE (SERVER, PORTABLE and CLIENT)

 

PS: maybe we can inform that localhost:8080 takes a while to start…
